Children Policy:

  • Each room of accommodation can accommodate a maximum up to two (2) children under 12 years old by sharing an existing bed.
  • Children between 0 – 3 years of age can share the bed with parents without surcharge.
  • Children between 3 – 11 years of age can share bed with parents with a surcharge for breakfast at IDR 150,000 net/day/person.
  • Children over 11 years of age will be charged as an adult (extra bed required).
  • Baby cot shall be supplied free of charge and must be requested at the time of reservation.


Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Credit card details are required as a guarantee for booking confirmation.
  • Free modification and cancellation are allowed until 8 days before the arrival date
  • Payment at the full amount is required 7 days before arrival
  • Notification to proceed with pre-payment will be sent later following the cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation, amendment after pre-payment, or failure to arrive/no-show will be fully charged.
