Booking Policies:
One night of the package deposit is required as a guarantee at the time of booking.
Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur a full period charge.
Failure to arrive at the resort will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
Any changes on the reservation (e.g., shortened stays) during the cancellation window stated above will be subject to a full night cancellation fee per room reserved inclusive of government tax and service charge.
